Lloyd McWhorter joined UMI in November 2005 as Call Center Sales Director. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in December 2006. Lloyd has been a sales and customer communications professional for the past 27 years. He is also an acknowledged leader in the field of indirect sales and call center management.

Lloyd has held managerial positions with Time Warner Cable TV, Microband Companies of Americas, HBO/Time Warner, and Invensys/APV Industries. He has also served as a consultant in regional offices of Comcast TV, CDW, and Student One USA.
Lloyd has a B.A. degree from New York University’s Washington Square College. He also completed graduate work toward an M.A. at New York Institute of Technology, majoring in Communications:  Advertising & PR.
